The restaurant’s decoration is a real success from the first glance: an urban-industrial look mixing wood, metal, glass, low lamps, in a very warm atmosphere. The restaurant also has a promising nose: you can smell cassoulet, regional cuisine and the freshness of the salads. In the mouth, the more discerning will also be spoilt, since in the second room, there is a wine cellar offering some great Languedoc wines. The cassoulet that made the reputation of this member of the Grande confrérie du Cassoulet is also offered.
