Flat located in the Lauragais in the commune of Mas Saintes Puelles between Toulouse and Carcassonne. At 10mn from the motorway A61 (exit Castelnaudary) at 1,5 km from the canal du midi and 5 km from the Ganguise dam. The flat is on the ground floor of my main residence. Access by automatic gate and parking in front of the flat.
The flat consists of a main room with kitchenette and living room.
A toilet and a bathroom. A first bedroom with a double bed 140×190, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is in line with the first and is equipped with a pull-out bed 80×200 which can be transformed into a 160×200 bed and a wardrobe.
On request we can provide a baby bed, a high chair, a bathtub…
Bicycles can be stored in a small room adjoining the accommodation.
