You will be in the immediate vicinity of the Canal du Midi which is less than 5 minutes away on foot, classified as a world heritage site by UNESCO, this jewel of the region offers you beautiful walks to make. The Lac de la Ganguise is only a few kilometres away and you will be ideally situated with Castelnaudary (the world capital of cassoulet) only 15 minutes away by car, Carcassonne and its famous medieval city as well as Toulouse the pink city are less than an hour away from the gîte. There is a swimming pool on site to cool off on summer days. The gîte has a large outdoor space with a terrace to enjoy the beautiful evenings in season.
