The truffle market is organised every year in February. 

Find many exhibitors around a gourmet and craft market that takes place in the heart of the town. Around 11am the truffle market opens with the sale of truffles. On this day, enjoy a demonstration of cavage, culinary workshops or guided tours.

The event is organised in partnership with the communes, the Association des Trufficulteurs de l’Aude and the Communauté de Communes Castelnaudary Lauragais Audois
