In 2021 our Foire au Gras will take place on Sunday 5th December in Castelnaudary. As in previous years, you will find many poultry producers and breeders from the department and neighbouring departments.

In the morning, the fair starts at 7:30 am at the Gymnase Pierre de Coubertin. After having done some shopping to prepare for the end of year celebrations, a meal is offered to you at the Halle aux Grains as well as at the restaurants.

In the Halle aux Grains, the menu consists of an aperitif, Lauragaise salad, cassoulet, pastries, wine and coffee for 26€* per person (*price subject to confirmation).

On that day, you can also enjoy a gourmet and artisanal market on the Place de la République.
