Yes yes, come and meet our cartoonists who make fun of current events, laugh at our politicians, have fun with our fellow citizens. A drawing competition in which you will be able to participate and vote will choose the best cartoonist of the festival.

All this takes place in the Paul Sibra Gallery, under the Town Hall, Cours de la République in Castelnaudary.
